As the president of the Patrick McCahan Clan, I am always looking for ways to communicate quickly and easily with more than 400 cousins and kin who may or may not own/use a computer. Oh yeah, we still publish a paper newsletter....(sigh)..In addition, I receive e-mails from folks who are researching their family history and want to know "how we are related."

It's great to hear you are enjoying blogging and finding ways to share blogging with your family. I love that family photo it's wonderful that current and future generations can have digital access to family 'heirlooms' like that.
